With almost 9,100 municipalities connected to its distribution network, Gaz de France's subsidiary GrDF (Gaz Réseau Distribution France) provides 76 % of the French population with natural gas.
With a workforce of 600 and 80 million euros invested in 2006, the R&D division contributes to the fulfilment of the Group's objectives and sustainable development commitments.
LNG accounts for almost 30% of Gaz de France's long-term supplies. The Group is involved in the whole chain, from liquefaction to transmission and LNG terminals.
