Legal Framework of Gaz de France
Law of August 9, 2004 relative to the public service in electricity and gas and to electricity and gas companies (PDF in French - 116 KB)
It transposes into French law the provisions of the 2nd European Gas Directive. Gaz de France was effectively transformed into a limited liability company after publication of the implementing decree, November 19, 2004.
