The Group has developed tools to implement its sustainable development policies.
The Sustainable Development Action Plan (PADD) and the Group's yearly priorities: The PADD is a triennial deployment and steering tool which implements the Group's Sustainable Development policy as part of a hundred-odd actions each of which incorporates targets. Every year additional actions aimed at dealing with priority issues are also defined in parallel to these.
The integrated Quality Safety Environment – Control – Risk (QSE-G-R) management system: Gaz de France has adopted an integrated approach to managing strategic, operational and environmental risks. This management system, now horizontally integrated across 120 Group processes, is part of a continuous improvement strategy based around a “plan, apply, monitor, improve” approach.
The Sustainable Development performance tracking system: Every year, Gaz de France draws up a performance audit for its sustainable development policy, broken down into categories: customers, staff, health and safety, solidarity, environment and processes.
Reporting to stakeholders: the Group gives stakeholders a fully transparent report on its performance.
Management contracts, at operational level, set out the annual targets and are used to track performance on the different indicators.
