Adjustments in the future Group's organization

Paris, April 1, 2008 - Gérard Mestrallet, Chairman and CEO of SUEZ and Jean-François Cirelli, Chairman and CEO of Gaz de France, have made adjustments in the organization of certain administrative functions of the future Group.

The Departments of Sustainable Development and of New and Renewable Energies will be attached to the Strategy Department.

A single Group Communications and Financial Communications Department will be formed under the responsibility of Valérie Bernis.

The Senior Managers Division will be transformed into a Department under the responsibility, as previously planned, by Emmanuel Van Innis, reporting directly to Gérard Mestrallet and Jean-François Cirelli.
